WINEYARD LOCATION  : Camporeale 450/500 mt ASL, Erbe Bianche
SOIL : Dark, alluvial, deep soils; medium texture; silt, loamy, sandy composition; good contents of organic substances

QUANTITY PER HECTARE : 90 quintals per hectare
AGE OF VINES : 8 years

WINEMAKING : Destemming, skins cold maceration with must (4'C), grapes soft press and fermentation in termo-control steel tanks for 24 days at 12/14' C. Mature in french oak new barrels at least for 4 months. Aging in bottles

TASTING NOTES :  Fresh, mineral, elegant wine, with a strong citrus fruits and peach flavour
HARVEST : Handmade harvest collected in cases during second decade of Septembe
ALCOHOL :13%
FOOD MATCHING : Excellent as aperitif; very good with fish starters and fish dishes. Serve at 9'C
