SOIL : Dark, alluvial, deep soils; medium texture; silt, loamy, sandy composition; good contents of organic substances
QUANTITY PER HECTARE : 90 quintals per hectar
AGE OF VINES : 8 years
WINEMAKING : Destemming, skins cold maceration with must (4'C), grapes soft press and fermentation in termo-control steel tanks for 24 days at 12/14' C. Mature in french oak new barrels at least for 4 months. Aging in bottles
TASTING NOTES :  
HARVEST : handmade harvest collected in cases during second decade of September
ALCOHOL :12,5 %FOOD MATCHING : Excellent as aperitif; very good with fish starters and fish dishes. Serve at 9'C
